Returns Policy
At Chesterfield FC, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Returning an Item
If you wish to return an item, it must be:

Returned within 14 days of purchase

Unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags still attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Please note Gift Cards CAN NOT be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
How to Return
1. In-Store Returns:
You can return your item in person to the Chesterfield FC Club Superstore. Our staff will be happy to assist you and process your return or exchange.
2. Returns by Post:
You can also return items by post. Returns must be sent to the Club Superstore at the address below, and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), a refund will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note:

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Personalised items, unless faulty, cannot be returned.

Sale items may only be exchanged, not refunded, unless faulty.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made in-store or by post. If you are posting your item back and wish to exchange it for a different size or product, please include a note with your order number and the item you’d like in exchange.
